We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to help our clients to verify their information to get approved for an installment loan. In this position, you will call or receive call from people who applied for a loan with our company, helping the customer to understand the process, and explain how they will repay their loan back, also the Representative will need to verify the customer’s financials to make sure the client can get a loan. This requires excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills, so you should have a minimum of one year of experience in customer services and account maintenance. You must ensure that all of your outbound callings are in compliance with federal regulations. Our ideal applicant has strong communication skills and proficiency, English level B2 and experience with office software.
Customer Service Agent Duties and Responsibilities:
Update Customer information, or make sure information on file is accurate.
- Call individuals who applied for a loan
- Help clients with customer service questions
- De-escalate conflicts over the phone
- Make follow-up calls
